If you have another pet in the household when your pet has passed, you will notice a change in their behaviour. 

 

You are both grieving and pets may not show it as obvious as humans, but they will need you now more than ever to help cheer them up.

 

Over time, you may realise that by helping and supporting your pet, you are actually helping yourself to grieve too.
